In addition to my Bachelor of Science in Technical Communication, I have three years of experience creating, editing, and designing technical documentation in different industries. During my internship at the International Risk Management Institute, Inc. (IRMI), I taught myself DITA XML in less than one week to create and publish topics and maps in Heretto. As a technical documentation intern at Texas Instruments, Inc. (TI), I co-authored, edited, and designed technical articles, instructions, and data sheets for semiconductor products using Oxygen XML Author and Tridion Docs. Beyond that, my experience spans managing large-scale technical projects, performing comprehensive content audits, and developing user-friendly templates and instructional materials.
